Emerging composer, pianist, and performer whose work spans chamber and concert music, jazz, and musical theatre.
SINGER
COMPOSER
For Elle, composing is more than a craft — it is the primary language through which she understands the world. She began writing music as a child, studied composition at Juilliard Pre-College, and has since taken her work to festivals and competitions across the country, earning recognition as a resident composer at the Musical Life Competition and a winner of the Prima Music Foundation's Excellence Award. Her pieces have been performed at Merkin Hall, Weill Hall, and DiMenna Center in New York, and at Chigiana in Siena and Salle Cortot in Paris.
PERFORMER
“Quite the ovation”
Her compositional voice — shaped by years of experimenting with atonality and minimalism before finding its true home in jazz and theatrical traditions — prizes dramatic clarity and harmonic depth above all. As a performer, she brings the same rigor to her work as a collaborative and chamber pianist, partnering with ensembles and singers across a wide range of professional and academic contexts.
